FZS Update – Spring 2025

FZS Update – Spring 2025
We are blessed to bring to you our FZS Spring Update and share some of what The Lord has been doing through our outreach unto the needy and suffering in Israel, especially as we have just passed the 1½-year mark of war now on 7 fronts… To quote Benjamin Netanyahu in a recent interview: “Just to understand, we are — first of all — against Hamas [in Gaza], against Hezbollah [in Lebanon], against the Houthis [in Yemen], against the Iranian-backed militias in Iraq and Syria, against Iran directly, against Palestinian terrorists in Judea and Samaria.” Someone also wisely mentioned that we are actually fighting on 8 fronts – “What about the internal one with socialists and leftists continually protesting trying to bring down the government?”
Of course, this has taken a tremendous toll on both Israel’s economy as tourism has halted and many businesses have closed due to thousands of reservists being called up to fight for months on end, leaving both their jobs and families. – The IDF Homefront Command just released the staggering statistics revealing that there are now more than 12,000 wounded IDF soldiers and many more suffering with PTSD and severe depression.

FZS Blessing Wounded IDF Soldiers
We have recently completed hosting our 7th group of wounded soldiers (totaling 42 young men) for one week in an undisclosed location, spoiling them with love, rest, activities, and refreshment. The needs of this young generation of heroes are staggering as Israel’s longest war in modern history rages on and on.
We must now keep the location secret because we were recently threatened by a pro-Palestinian group who said they know where we are and to watch out…
“Hello hero, if you are in —–, watch out because terrorists have published your location…”
We also had an attempted stabbing attack upon the last group who was walking in the downtown area. Not sure if they heard the boys speaking Hebrew or if it was just a random incident, in any case it has caused us to become much more careful about any publicity for safety reason. I suppose it’s not safe to be a Jew anywhere these days…
The attacker is still holding the knife in this picture as the guys decide to walk away…
Here is a picture list of the 7 groups we have hosted since last May…
Group 1 – May 2024
Group 2 – June 2024
Group 3 – August/September 2024
Group 4 – January 2025
Group 5 – February 2025
Group 6 – March 2025
Group 7 – March/April 2025
Please pray for the future groups of wounded soldiers that we will be hosting. We are so blessed to be on the frontlines with them in their recovery, as we are given special opportunities to reach the hearts of these wounded souls with the true and only hope of Israel, in the most intimate way of living together! We have experienced through our past groups that during our time together we have forged a deep love for each other as a family! We revisit many of these boys in Israel, keep in touch, and continue to encourage them. They also write us regularly to tell us what is happening in their lives…
FZS Clothing Distribution in Jerusalem
Our FZS Outreach to Olim still continues to new immigrants arriving to Israel. We are so grateful for the new clothing and good things The Lord provides us to give them with His love and blessing!

Bread Distribution to Holocaust Survivors in Jerusalem

In closing, we marvel at the many opportunities the LORD provides for us to bless His people with His love and comfort, even as the nations increasingly turn their heart and back upon His Chosen People…
Thank you very much for sharing in the blessed promise of standing with the Jewish People in our time of need and suffering in these last days… For Zion’s Sake!
Shalom and Blessings!
